Fitting & Assembly

Before You Begin
Lay out all Stormtrooper parts on a clean surface. Check your costume parts against the checklist supplied to ensure nothing is missing.

Base Layer
Put on your Black Bodysuit and Neck Seal and tuck Neck Seal apron under bodysuit.

Ankle Boots
Put on your Ankle Boots.

Calf Armor
Fit Left and Right Calf Armour and adjust hook and loop at the rear. Position Calf Armour as low as possible over Ankle Boots.

Thigh Armor
Fit Left and Right Thigh Armour and adjust hook and loop to fit.

Abdominal & Back Plates
Fit Abdominal Plate and Rear Bottom Plate with cross-over straps over shoulders and adjust crotch strap to fit.

Connect Thigh Armor
Attach the left and right thigh armor straps to the hook and loop pads located inside the front abdominal plate.

Chest & Upper Back
Attach the chest plate to the upper back plate using left and right shoulder straps. Place over your head, then attach and adjust the side straps for comfort.

Belt & Holster
Fit the E11 blaster holster to the canvas belt on the left-hand side. Secure the belt around your waist over the rear bottom plate.

Thermal Detonator
Fit the thermal detonator canister on the canvas belt using the supplied hook and loop fastener. Position on the right side.

Shoulder Bells & Biceps
Attach bicep armor to left and right shoulder bells. Fit the biceps and attach hook and loop straps on each shoulder bell to the pads under each shoulder strap.

Gloves & Hand Armor
Fit your gloves with the attached left and right hand armor pieces. Ensure the armor plates sit properly on the back of your hands.

Forearm Armor
Fit the left and right forearm armor pieces over your gloves. Adjust the straps for a secure fit that allows for arm movement.

Final Adjustments
Walk around and move your arms to ensure all armor pieces are secure and comfortable. Make any necessary adjustments to straps.

Helmet
Fit the helmet on your head by rotating it slightly to one side, then adjust for best vision. Congratulations, you’re ready to join the Empire!
Care & Storage
Keep your armor in pristine condition with proper care and storage techniques.
Cleaning
- Use Johnson's Baby Wipes for armor and boots
- Machine wash the Lycra bodysuit on gentle cycle
- Wipe down armor after each use
- Allow all pieces to air dry completely
Storage
- Store in a cool, dry place away from humidity
- Avoid direct sunlight to prevent discoloration
- Keep away from hot radiators or heat sources
- Use protective covering when storing long-term
